SOME ASSESSMENT TOOLS

In-basket test

This is a direct execution assessment test in a protected environment followed by the coach, generally used with C-level executives. During the assigned time, the participant must take decisions on contingent problems with exercises or role playing. The In-basket test allows to assess analysis and judgement, priorities definition, planning, delegation, relationship management, initiative and decision-making.

Hogan Assessment Certification

Hogan personality tests measure people’s behavioral trends in normal conditions (bright side), the risks factors that emerge in stressful situations that may jeopardize their career (dark side) and the values that steer professional choices.

Assessment Six Seconds

OVS (Organizational Vital Signs) is the tool used by Six Seconds to measure people’s readiness to change and the organizational climate. It allows to collect important information about their life, pinpointing strengths to be leveraged and criticalities which may cause resistance during the process.
